Reply tracking issue
I really enjoy using sales.rocks. I was able to secure a few meetings after utilizing it. However, there are certain deficiencies that need to be taken into consideration, specifically with open tracking. I received some responses to my campaign, but sales.rocks only recorded one response in the campaign statistics. As a result, the leads who had replied to my email, received my follow-up message again, which is not ideal. I sincerely hope that they improve this feature.

It's awesome to hear that Sales.Rocks started already paying off for you. It shouldn't happen that the response is ignored. May I ask you what email provider you are using?
Moreover, the reading of replies takes place every 15 minutes, whereas the reading of opens/clicks is updated every 2 to 4 hours. Keep that in mind when going through the daily statistics.
