Q: Hello 👋🏼 I am interested in bringing my businesses to Salestio and have an active seller central account, ...

an active eBay store, and 2 Shopify stores. Salestio seems like a fantastic platform to grow my business. I have a few questions before jumping on board.....

I am a little confused about where I can sell products and where I can't. My Shopify are niche stores, an eBay store that is a general store, and on amazon, I sell phone accessoriess, without an actual storefront.

I am sure some of these questions have already been answered but to confirm on my end......

1. It seems I can import my Shopify products directly to my eBay store and get sales there. Is that correct? I am dropshipping on eBay, and all of my products are to be listed from the exact shipping location. Will my location settings stay the same after exporting from Shopify to eBay?

2. It seems I am able to import my Shopify products directly to my Amazon seller central account and get sales there. Is that correct?

3. Can I migrate products from my eBay store to my amazon store to get sales that way?

4. I use multiple marketplaces as my supplier for one of my Shopify stores. Is it possible to automate the entire process within Salestio? Such as ordering from supplier, updating shipped status/tracking, sending a follow-up thank you emails, etc.? If possible, it would be a game changer for my business as I wouldn't need two other tools that cost me monthly. If this is possible, I will max stack right away!

This is a lot to take in, but I look forward to your response. Have a great day!

A: Hello and thank you for your interest in Salestio!

1. Yes, if your product exists in your Shopify store you can export it to the Ebay marketplace. With exporting products to ebay you can define the shipping location (this is done in the Salestio configuration). You also can change ebay listing directly on ebay and Salestio will not touch such information on automatic updates.

2. Yes, you also can create an Amazon listing from your Shopify products. But keep in mind that in most cases you need to have EAN codes (or GTIN exemption there) and provide configuration for all required fields for amazon.
So if you didn't sell on amazon, before starting using Salstio we usually recommend creating a few products manually, directly on Seller Central. And then start configuring Salestio. Compared to Ebay, amazon is a catalog-based system. So a bit more complicated to create new listings. To get more understanding of how this could be done with Salestio please check this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWkEYnn6KO4

3. We can't transfer listings from ebay to amazon directly. But as I explain in #2, you can create amazon listings from your Shopify products. Please also notice that Salestio can't create Shopify products from ebay listings.

4. Sorry I can't fully answer your question since I don't know fully your working flow. But what Salestio is doing bring all your sales into a single place - your online store.
So let's assume you get a sale on ebay. Salestio will import this sale to your Shopify store. If you connect your products in Shopify to the dropshipping supplier, this order should be automatically fetched by the supplier. It's dispatched to the customer and returned back with an order update to your store. Order in Shopify change status - to ship with a corresponding tracking code. Salestio catches this change and transfers it to the Ebay marketplace. So your eBay customer gets a notification for order updates.

Hope this information will help. Please let us know if you will have any additional questions.
