Thank you for your interest in the Salestio app.
1) Not yet. I added this integration to our idea list - https://roadmap.salest.io/b/4q0q4pm2/feature-requests/salestio-integration-with-newegg. We will check internally the possibility to extend the list of integration to this marketplace as well.
2) Salestio currently has limited support for item returns. We could update the Shopify order status to Refunded/Cancel based on the amazon order state. But we didn't yet initialize the return from an order status update on the Shopify store. This feature we would like to add this to the app also, but I don't have any ETA for this feature to be available.
3) For merchants who purchased our app on AppSumo there are two possible options. By default, the order will stop importing as soon as the merchant hit a purchased limit.
Starting from the next month (next billing period) order import will continue working.
The second option is the possibility to subscribe to our "Pay as you go" plan, which will charge 0.2% of the order total price above the plan limit. For example, you have a plan with 35,000 $/month, but you sell on marketplaces for 41,000 $/month. In this case, the additional cost will be 6000*0.2% = $12
