1) Please can you confirm when you will be able to support each of these channels with approximate dates.
Please note 'Amazon Handmade' NOT just Amazon.
2) We make personalised gifts so need the "order customisation" details (e.g. names and dates) to be included as part of the order details. Is this possible with Salestio?
3) Please can you clarify where you manage your orders from e.g. where is the central location you mark orders as shipped?

Thank you for your questions.
Salestio does not support Amazon Handmade at the moment. We added this idea to our roadmap https://salestio.frill.co/b/4q0q4pm2/feature-requests/add-support-to-amazon-handmade
We'll check and see if we are able to add it in the future.
Etsy and eBay have not yet been added to WooCommerce. We are planning to do so in the future but we do not have an ETA on this task.
At the moment, we support only regular Amazon marketplaces for WooCommerce.
We are working to add support for the customized orders. At the moment, Salestio imports these orders but does not transfer the details of the customization. Our developers are investigating possible solutions. This all relates to the regular Amazon marketplaces.
With Salestio, the e-commerce platform, e. g. WooCommerce, is the central location. The Catalog export and synchronization are sent from it to the connected channel(s) and the orders from these channels are imported to the e-commerce platform. The orders are fulfilled there and the order status updates are sent back to the marketplaces.

I'm sorry, but we don't have yet a fixed ETA for these integrations to be available.
In our internal roadmap, we have Ebay for WooCommerce to be available in Q2/2023. And Etsy for Q3.
However, it's not uncommon for development schedules to change or for new features to be prioritized over others, so it's difficult to provide a definite timeline for when a particular feature will be available.
We definitely see a lot of demand for Ebay integration right now, so we will try to prioritize it as much as possible.
