Not finished product
We started to use it to sync orders/product quantities from Amazon to Shopify.
It works for these purposes but with some issues and support was not very helpful to resolve them.
#1 if you want to see all orders from amazon in Shopify for accounting or product synchronization, forget about it.
It won't import orders if "Sku not found" (could be creating a custom product), if qty in shopify goes below 0.
#2 It screw up all your orders on Amazon by reconfirmed already confirmed orders with incorrect shipping carrier what leads straight to low VTR (Valid Tracking Rate), product category suspension on Amazon. It just overwrites all carriers with "Other" carrier instead of "UPS", "Fedex" etc.
Several attempts to resolve it with their support with had no result and they no longer want (or can) respond to my inquiries.
#3 Imported orders doesn't have Channel properly set what leads to incorrect Analytics (reports) in Shopify.

1) Salestio works as a partner in your shop system to bring orders from Amazon to your shop. To create an order, Salestio needs to know what product is corresponding to your marketplace listings there. In case there is no matching by SKU, we also try too much with Title. But we not possible right now to create orders for products that do not yet exist. We realize that this important feature for merchants and we consider adding this in the future.
Regarding stock value. This actually is one of the restrictions for the Shopify stores. We can always create orders without checking stock (stock will not be decreased on import), or play the rule of orders of the normal store - create orders for products that are currently in stock only (customers from your online store can't purchase products out of stock - salestio also can't create order there).
If you would like that we disable your stock control with importing orders, please contact us via support. We will be happy to help.
2) If Salestio imports Amazon orders to Shopify, then the fulfillment of this order in Shopify will trigger a fulfillment notification for the amazon order.
For setting more detailed rules of how fulfillment carrier is transferred you can set a detailed shipping mapping inside Salestio, where you can provide the exact name of the amazon carrier you are using.

3) For providing channels for importer orders, Shopify App is required to receive approved from the Shopify team. We send this request more than 2 weeks ago, but unfortunately at the moment we still don't receive a response from them. As soon as we receive approvement we extend our application with functionality to set a correct channel on imported orders.
