Great For Sales Teams! Great Platform!

Great platform with a LOT of potential! The platform is pretty sophisticated and is perfect for sales teams that are looking for structure for tracking data, customer touchpoints, collaboration, and forecasting with sales quotas. One of the best features is the leaderboard feature, this way you can see who are performers & who aren't producing in your organization. Though they don't offer a robust onboarding experience just yet, it does come with a PDF & the Appsumo tutorial. Rohit (one of the company team members) took time out of his schedule to teach me 1 on 1 how it works. I really want to see a Zapier integration (this would make it the ultimate tool), but all in all, the value is remarkable! It also comes with an app to manage contacts & a chrome extension which helps track emails & calendar sync events with your Google or Outlook calendars. I can't wait to see what they have coming in the future, but this was a STEAL if you run a sales team. Because rallying the troops and tracking data is extremely vital to you reaching goals & KPI's and this app really simplifies this process. It has a really bright future ahead of itself with the upcoming updates. If you can create structures through SOPs and processes for your sales team, your success is guaranteed because you'll no longer be swinging in the dark, no more tracking data with basic Excel sheets & generic CRMs. Max Tacos!

Rohit Kumar helped us get a problem solved in no time at all. Plus trained us on all aspects of CRM

This was a great find on APPSumo as we used to pay $100 per month for a very over the top CRM and with our purchase will be able to spend $1,200 per year on more marketing. The explaination and training provided by Rohit Kumar were amazing and showed all hidden taco's in their CRM system. So I would give them 5 taco's on AppSumo and 5 Tacos for Service, Training plus expanding their system in the future. So jump on board don't be scared it's a TEN TACO TEAM.

Awful Customer Service

I have been waiting since the 17th Aug for a password reset despite numerous live chats and emails to support.
If you do purchase this deal, hopefully, it all works out with no issues as they are so slow at coming back to you.
Not really managed to use the software to see its full potential.
Seriously considering a refund as I stacked 3 codes.

Telephone integration

I couldn't find any easy way or otherwise to make phone calls using my existing telco methods including skype ,hangouts chat and Sips VOIP.
It is a pretty complicated and sophisticated CRM and has promise but the simple things like telephony should be simple and powerful.
Sorry, but I'm going to stick with OnePageCRM for now.

I like it but can't use it

I've been on the market for my "forever CRM" for some time now. I've tried three recent AS offerings and experienced various degrees of happiness with them. Therefore I was really excited when SalezShark showed up. I've purchased two codes and have done the usual exploring (e.g. how do I add leads, view my pipeline, etc.) The platform looks and responds great. The design makes you want to use the platform. Where I got stuck is that I can't get the email function to work, which is the most important thing for me. I'm an Office 365 user and I've entered the published SMTP settings. The Test Connectivity option works but then I get an error when I attempt to send a test email. I eventually contacted support who more or less told me to disconnect / reconnect the connection. I did so just to cooperate but it still did not work. Support told me to contact them if this did not work and I've done so. That was 3 or 4 days ago and I've not heard a thing (TBH, I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable or not expecting a reply in 3-4 days; I am open to feedback.) It is for this last reason that I've subtracted one taco. I really hope I can get this resolved and continue my exploration of this platform. Like I said, it looks really nice.
