I hate the 'extra bling' that many CRM's offer so this is great. I can integrate my Facebook account so if I run a 'lead ad' it'll drop the leads straight into the CRM. Also, you can 'upload' your list into the CRM and go from there. (not that easy, but it can be done).

As someone who ran a 'coaching' business and only had a few hundred contacts, this would have worked great. BUT, now I am trying to run and scale a bigger business and because you have to use Mailgun to send emails from the CRM - I am stick having to subscribe to Mailgun which is a bummer (35/month to send 50k emails). That means I have to shift all my contacts to a new mail provider, etc.

The email is the kicker for me. I have recommended it to a few others who have smaller businesses and need something like this because it IS very useful and easy to use for those who really never see themselves growing past say 4k-5k leads/members/etc. (That number is pulled from mailgun's 5k free email send limit, assuming you only mail your leads 1x per month)
