Q: Ideally you would also have a master database of email addresses that have been rejected as spam so those are not imported.

There need to be a delete button in each card on the list view not just a checkbox.

Company emails which are not personal emails should also be flagged as such for review and deletion.

Hey Sumoling, we have a master database for the data which is being imported. However, we filtrate the email addresses only while sending emails and not while importing them.

Delete button in card view and flagging company emails is a good idea, we will consider this review definitely in our team meeting to discuss how well it is fit there. Thanks for your valuable suggestions
