First of all, I am genuinely impressed with the level of service of SAM, I got this app last week and every time I had a question, it was answered in real-time, I am in Vancouver Canada, other tech companies take forever to answer. Just today I had some questions on functionality and the executive team of SAM sends me an invite for a live google meet, they gave me 30 minutes of personal training, and it was by the funder, his VP, and 2 of their technicians, no other company has done this before. Now on their functionality I really love how intuitive SAM is, I always look for technology that is functional and user friendly as I consider my time valuable. One of my favorite things is the ability to see cards at a glance as I am very visual. Their A.I. is also very good, I have certificates in A.I. and Blockchain from both M>.I.T. and Oxford for business applications, and the SAM team is for sure delivering products that will deliver the results you need. I cant wait to see what else this team keeps developing and releasing to help digital entrepeneurs.
I don't get SAM. I know I'm late to the party, but I somehow forgot about this deal and only now found the time to look into the app. Unfortunately, because it's too late to ask for a refund.
I've watched the videos, and the webinar imported some 1,400 contacts from Gmail and some 3500 contacts from LinkedIn, which resulted in a network of 2,800 contacts on SAM. I then tried to search for managers in Germany... no data. Managers in the United Kingdom. No data. Managers in the UK? No data.
The UI is horrendous. Just makes me sick looking at it. UX is horrible too. As for the iPhone app... don't ask. Hasn't been updated in over a year and has 1 star on the AppStore.
I get more out of LinkedIn Premium, and as an early adopter, I enjoy a lifetime deal on that one too. SAM is only useful if you get your contacts onto the platform as well. Other than that I cannot see a benefit of it. And I don't want to force my clients to move onto SAM, knowing that I find it not fit for the job and rather user-unfriendly.
Hmmm. Incredibly confusing... I'm totally lost! No clear way to reach support and the only help seems to be a bunch of unstructured videos with fast forward/rewind capabiities unhelpfully removed. Do I really need to spam all my contacts with a request for yet another "social network" before I can benefit from this platform? Imported my contacts and tried asking a few questions using the interface but got zero results. At this stage I just don't see the point.... can anyone help?
By far the best relationship Management in warm intro software
I am in the business of generating leads and sales for my clients and I could not find a better solution than this. I've only been using it for about a day and so far I have already invited a lot of people to use sam.ai and more importantly I've imported thousands of contacts and Sam instantly gave me Intelligence on them. What can I say is that I am impressed and would love to see how this pans out but so far this has been an incredible experience their support team has been good to deal with and I’m joining their upcoming webinar to learn more.
Man, if you think your UI is fine, you are in a serious need of an external point of view. Just about everything sucks from the colors (Gradients ? So 1990's...) to that yuge padding in your sub-menu items.. Your picture of an audiotape for "No data" is pretty accurate though, it goes with the outdated feel. As for the features, I don't know how your import from mail works but I ended up with tons of contacts named fistname.lastname (in that format I mean) instead of a proper Firstname Lastname. Needless to say, with that format there's no Contact Enrichment happening. As for the private network thing, honestly, there's no way I'd invite any of my contacts to this mess. I bought it by mistakenly thinking you'd automate sending invites via LinkedIn but that doesn't seem to be the case. So well, yeah, no.

Horrible UI, Zero Value, Mindboggling Complexity
