Man, if you think your UI is fine, you are in a serious need of an external point of view.
Just about everything sucks from the colors (Gradients ? So 1990's...) to that yuge padding in your sub-menu items..
Your picture of an audiotape for "No data" is pretty accurate though, it goes with the outdated feel.
As for the features, I don't know how your import from mail works but I ended up with tons of contacts named fistname.lastname (in that format I mean) instead of a proper Firstname Lastname.
Needless to say, with that format there's no Contact Enrichment happening.
As for the private network thing, honestly, there's no way I'd invite any of my contacts to this mess.
I bought it by mistakenly thinking you'd automate sending invites via LinkedIn but that doesn't seem to be the case.
So well, yeah, no.
