After a really really bad experience with Workpark, I hesitate before trying a new App. But after more than a week I can say that Satiurn is a really helpful Tool that now replaces Trello and Slack for the projects in my agency. Simple and great Features. the Team is really efficient and quick to answer (thank you again Francesco). No bug so far and the Roadmap is really promising. 5 tacos without hesitation !
I've bought a few appsumo project management tools and thus far, Satiurn is the one that has been adopted the fastest by my team. I have bought Nifty and Ora, which are amazing but sometimes those powerful softwares can also be harder to implement in a team that is not very technology-savvy
Satiurn is the best midlle ground and has all the necessary features you need to manage your business without overwhelming your employees.
6 tacos for the amazing support as well. Requested a feature and they implemented in 2 days!
Check them out!

Hi Ivan, thanks for the great support, it’s our pleasure to have you on board 🚀
I work with many vendors, and I kind of project manage everything on my own. I don't need a complicated app, or it will just be a distraction.
I tried Workpark (signed up for their free trial), but server errors here and there turned me off. I'm looking for something simple yet functional. Satiurn has what I need for my small business. I considered Calido as well, but I don't need its features (and it doesn't fit my workflow).
Pros:
1. Pipeline with closing potential. You can create multiple pipelines with different stages (I do this because I offer different services and different business deals and lead generation strategies). 2. Simple, intuitive UI. I was able to set everything up in minutes. The UI is not confusing. 3. Track finances, tasks, and leads a single platform. I used Asana, Clickup, Trello, and they're great for managing tasks, but I can do the same tasks on Satiurn, and more. 4. Monitor finances. I love how I can finally see if I'm losing money or earning money (especially for my retainer clients) and to compare the trend month over month and for each client. This is the only app that made me successfully track my income and outcome. I tried sheets, and it didn't work out. 5. Send invoice and proposal straight from the platform! I'm waiting for their Paypal integration (they already have Stripe, but we have no stripe in my country). 6. Very responsive support. There's a live chat on their website. I asked a question, waited a minute, and got my response! Thank you for not waiting me wait for an email.
Cons: 1. No dashboard that shows an overview of the status of all the tasks. 2. No internal wiki and mindmap feature 4. No template feature (but you can duplicate a task).
I love how simple and straight to the point it is. It has 20% of the features I need that contribute to 80% of my success.
I come from a Project/Program Management background. I also develop videogames with small teams on the side ranging from 3 to 20 people. Fairly low-budget affairs that let me tell digital stories in a format I enjoy.
So with my current project, I decided to move away from Trello as I needed a few more features to track expenses and assure people got paid on time, among other things and decided to use Jira as I use it constantly for work. Well try to get artists to use Jira. No I mean it, just try. Their confusion was understandable, it has many quirks, the fact it's Agile system is kind of... wonky and not great, nothing is streamlined and things have to be brought through a process, before they can be labeled as "DONE"... It's a pain.
Then came Taskolly, a kind of all in one management system, it had a great method for tracking expenses, who is owed what, and invoicing, email, calendar, notes, etc. It worked well. Unfortunately day 3 in to production their server had a hiccup (caused by a current world conflict)... So suddenly the artists couldn't set up new accounts. We were stuck. With a day to remedy this situation I looked for an alternative project management system and found Satiurn. It's new, just launched and it looked very smooth and easy to pickup and go.
Now a week+ in I give it 4 tacos. Reason? Well I do like it's tasks system, it only does Tasks and Sub-tasks, there are no Epics or Stories here, which is fine really when you're dealing with asset generation, it's a checklist anyway. So the way it works is you have a project card, it holds all the tasks cards, which can be in any configuration of columns you want. The task cards ican be moved around Kanban-style like TO DO, DOING, DONE or however you want to configure it. The biggest gripe is there is no way to flat rate a task with a $ value, only hours worked and overall project.
PROS: What makes this great is you can assign tasks and SUBTASKS to DIFFERENT PEOPLE. OMFG thank you. Trello literally charges you a monthly fee for that feature. It just looks clean and pretty. Compare this to Taskolly which looks a bit dated, this screams modern app. Support is super responsive and open to new requests for features. It's so straightforward that no one has had to ask any question EXCEPT when we upload a PSD or ASE file we have to zip it for some reason... That is annoying but doable.
CONS: 1. Unknown file size limitation... Some files tend to not upload. I have no idea what the size limitation is but I'm guessing it's sub 20megs per file... That is super annoying. 2. Cannot upload anyfile, only certain files can be uploaded and those aren't clearly listed. 3. No Project Page or Confluence Page equivalent. Both Taskolly and Jira have the ability to make a centralized page, where you can use it to describe the project at hand, distribute important documents (like an archive of every sprite in the game) or a design document, etc. This is totally worth the price.

Hi Gleobryn, thank you for the review, we really appreciate your feedback! Currently we have a lot of updates in our pipelines and some of them are suitable for you, like better file management and cloud. About the project page we will plan to add it maybe when our document editor will be updated to support templates and many other features. Stay tuned for future updates!
