As there are already over 125 templates, updates are now few and far between as most situations are covered. If new templates are added, anyone who purchases this deal will get those new templates, but currently there are no new templates to add, and therefore no timeline for updates.

(getting slammed with emails) and verifying my email over and over there is no place to enter the redemption code.
The page doesn't have a space to enter the coupon if you follow the instructions...
