Até agora, está promissor. Gostaria de ver os dados após um mês para avaliar quanto reduzimos as reuniões internas.

I'm happy with it. I like the fact that I can see the real cost of the meeting (as I know the salaries in my company) but everyone else see a comparable (fun ones, like this meeting costs similar to a Taylor Swift VIP ticket) and a bar saying if it's affordable or expensive. I was worried that others could infer the salaries of their colleagues but they have solved it really well.

We implemented last year some meeting policies like a meeting free day and mandatory agenda for all the employees but it was very difficult to train people on it and see if they were doing it, so I think I can solve it with this tool.
Additionally, The Chrome extension with the meeting cost calculator has helped us become more mindful of our resources.

I still have to test it out better and invite everyone in my company but I have seen the data and test it myself and works well. It's easy to implement and understand. The dashboard could provide a little bit more detail, since the meeting data in the company is huge. I wanted to see the complete list of recurrent meetings in my company to do an audit and the dashboard was not providing it off -the-self, but I asked for it in the chat and the guys were very helpful doing a call with me and sending a csv with all the required info afterwards, so happy to give a good review.

Does exactly what it says, I can invite all my employees and they can see the meeting cost with a comparable so hopefully they start to being more mindful about the use of their time
