The implementation of the tool takes less than 5 minutes, you can even use it without adding salaries and just set up an average salary. Important, you have to be a Google Workspace Administrator to set up the tool, initially. If you aren't, don't worry, we will help you and your administrator to set it up. The tool admins can access a dashboard in which they can see data regarding the meeting health and culture of their organization (meeting cost evolution, average time on meeting per employee, average number of meetings per employee, number of meeting-heavy employees, most expensive recurring meetings etc.).They can see the monetary impact of the as well. In order to do this, they have 3 options: set up an average salary, upload the salaries of their employees via CSV or via automatic connection with their HR system (Gusto, Zenefits, Workday, Factorial, Personio etc.).

Once implemented, the adoption for the employees is very simple.
