Q: Agent Knowledge
I just watched your overview video and this does look very impressive. The knowledge seems to be limited to just your website though. If I want to add new information is there any other source to educate the agent. Thank you

Currently, the agent learns from your LinkedIn profile and website, giving it enough context to understand your business and communicate effectively. You can also add your own CTA, which the agent will naturally use when the prospect is ready, helping guide the conversation toward booking a meeting, signing up from your other resources etc. depending on what you want.
It’s important to remember that LinkedIn outreach isn’t meant to be overly salesy. The agent doesn’t need exhaustive product detail, its main goal is to drive conversations and book meetings (or other CTA), leaving the actual sales discussion for your call. This keeps the process simple while ensuring the agent is effective at what it’s designed to do.
Keeping the tool simple and easy to use is a priority. That said, we definitely open to any suggestions or feedback to make it even better. Hope this helps :)
