Q: License Key Not Recognized By System: Help!

Hello, I just made a purchase, but the system did not recognize my license key and presented the following messages: 'Your account is almost ready' and 'Please sign in and try again. Need help? Open live chat from the dashboard or website—we are there live.' See:

Since the 'live chat' wasn't active, I proceeded to 'sign up', presuming that perhaps the system had already noted my key, but I was instead presented with a 'sign up for a trial page'. See

A: Hello there ! Could you please send your AppSumo invoice to [email protected]? We will check it and fix the account setup for you.

For the activation itself, it may have been blocked during the process, or the account may have been created with a different email than the one used for the AppSumo purchase. In any case, once we have the invoice, we will be able to verify it and fix it for you.

Regarding the live chat not showing, this is usually caused by a VPN, firewall, ad blocker, or browser extension blocking the chat widget. You can try disabling those or opening the dashboard from another browser, but in the meantime, just send the invoice by email and we will handle it from there.
