Currently, the agent can include a CTA in messages to guide prospects, for example, to get someone to sign up for an event.

However, if you’re asking about automatically triggering a workflow or webhook based on intent, for now, the best approach is to push leads into a Google Sheet or similar tool and then run your campaign by uploading your lead list. That said, API access and integrations are on our roadmap, so in the coming weeks you’ll be able to build more automated workflows directly.
