As someone who works in the SaaS space, loves tech and uses AI every day, I don’t say this lightly. I’ve been looking for a tool like ScalIQ for a long time.

Every platform I’ve tried to date that promised personalised outreach has failed to deliver. The usual result was generic automation dressed up as customisation or else I had to build my own message sequences and hope they were relevant to the person receiving them. The only other option was doing it manually, which takes time and limits scale.

I’ve even looked at building my own version of what ScalIQ does. To do that properly, I’d need multiple automations, multiple tools and a lot of moving parts to connect and manage. That creates extra overhead I don’t want. What appeals to me about ScalIQ is that it removes all of that. It makes the whole process seamless. What impressed me early on was the human side of the company. Maxime, one of the co-owners, reached out to me personally on LinkedIn to ask how things were going. That meant a lot. It showed me there are real people behind this product who care about the user experience.

Then, as I worked through the software, I hit a few challenges on my side and opened support chat. The response time was exceptional. I ended up speaking with Magdalena, another co-founder, and Edgar from the team. The replies were fast, clear, and accurate. The steps they gave me worked. That level of support gave me real confidence, because good software matters, but strong support is what helps you get results when you’re learning a system.

On the product side, I’ve been genuinely impressed.

The software looks at the person’s LinkedIn profile and creates outreach that feels thoughtful, natural and relevant. Then the follow-up messages use the About section as well, which helps keep the conversation focused on the prospect and their business. For me, that is one of the most important parts of any sales conversation or sales engagement. The prospect doesn’t feel like they’re being pushed through a generic sequence. They feel like the interaction is centred on them.

You don’t get that from a fixed sequence of pre-written emails. You don’t get it from generic automation. What ScalIQ does well is help the conversation move forward in a way that feels personal and grounded in the prospect’s world and that is what makes it so powerful.

As I watched the initial outreach, the lead’s reply, and then the next response created to continue the conversation, my confidence kept growing. I could see the potential straight away.

In fact, I’ve been impressed enough that I’m now seriously considering rolling ScalIQ out across my international sales team.

Based on what I’ve seen so far, I’d give ScalIQ 5 out of 5. If you’ve been sceptical about AI outreach because so many tools feel robotic or generic, I understand. I’ve had the same concerns. But my experience with ScalIQ has been excellent, both in terms of the software itself and the people behind it.

I’m excited to have this in my toolkit and even more excited about what it could do across a wider team.
