LOST...
I requested the AI agent to find some leads specific to the industry I was looking at, and almost every lead it found was not useful. I lost credits for that. That's, I guess, the only differentiator, because otherwise, in other applications I can also use Sales Navigator Link and then use those leads to do automation beyond that. I've used those applications before; I thought this feature was a great advantage. Now I'm lost—lost in terms of credits and lost in terms of whether I should continue or not.

Apr 20, 2026Hello Sanandan,
What likely happened here is that the query used was a bit too broad or not precise enough, so the agent pulled leads that didn’t fully match what you were expecting. For better accuracy, you can directly use a LinkedIn classic search URL or a Sales Navigator URL inside the search bar. This way, you fully control the targeting and ScaliQ will pull those exact leads.
You can also write your query in English (or any other language) and let the agent apply filters automatically, and use intent-based sources like post engagement, followers, or group members depending on your use case. If anything feels off, please reach out to us via live chat so we can review your setup together and help you refine it properly. Once you do, we’ll refill your credits so you can test again with a better setup.
Also just to clarify, ScaliQ is not meant to be used like a typical lead scraping tool. The real strength is the conversational agent that handles outreach, replies, and booking for you. The lead sourcing is just one part of the system, the main value comes from how the agent turns those leads into actual conversations and meetings.
