Promising. Works! ...a little confusing

I bought Scaliq mainly because I wanted to use AI agents to message my existing first-degree LinkedIn contacts. It's been a bit of a challenge to get it working as planned, but once i had it up and running the agents are doing a good job of engaging, and people respond to them (the AI is good enough to simulate a human response).

The UI needs work, but support is timely and helpful.

Overall, Scaliq has potential, and i upgraded my purchase tier.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for the detailed feedback. Let me clarify how the workflow works.

For existing first-degree LinkedIn contacts, ScaliQ does not send a new connection request. The agent first visits and processes each profile, then marks the lead as already connected/accepted so the campaign can move to the next step. This is why you may see “connections” even though those people are already in your network.

After that, the messaging actions are queued and paced based on your agent settings, timezone, and LinkedIn safety rules. ScaliQ does not send everything instantly because LinkedIn activity needs to be randomized and spaced out to stay natural. You can check the upcoming queued actions inside the campaign under “View leads,” where you should see what is scheduled next and when.

Regarding the Unified Inbox, it currently focuses on conversations and replies received. Sent campaign messages can be viewed in the relevant sent areas, and you can also see recent campaign activity from the main campaign page.

For the agent setup chat and campaign UI, that is fair feedback. We have already made several iterations during the launch, but we continue to improve the UX so the setup, campaign status, and lead actions are easier to understand without guessing.

For Crisp chat, when it shows “message not sent,” it is usually caused by something blocking the chat on the browser side, such as a VPN, ad blocker, privacy extension, or browser setting. We can usually resolve that quickly once we can connect with you.

ScaliQ is built so users do not need to manually manage every LinkedIn action. Thanks again for the honest review. We are actively improving this, and I would be happy to help you fix the chat issue so we can support you live like other AppSumo users. Hope it's more clear now.
