Q: API, Rules and design

Hi

I sounds really good but have three questions
1. Can I get the Agents to call external API function on say my own website if the user asks or writes a specific word or phrase

2. Can I define the rules for the agent, on which the behavior should be. fx. rules on the name is, how to answer specific question etc. and is it based on ChatGPT + will you limit it to gpt4o or update it to 5,6 etc.

Q: is this possible?

1. Ís a Telegram-integration already here? (so i send a voice message via telegram to a specific private group a bot is there and sends it to scankart ai?
2. if yes is this possible to send a voicemessage and depending on the input it does trigger different https request with the content.
3. if transcribing is not possible, would it be possible with another tool (like letterly) or with just using text to extract a command from the text and use the rest of the text. for example "make a facebookpost: bla bla bla" in this case he would use a http-request which is already build for a facebook post and the content for this ist "bla bla bla" but not the text before it?

I purchased the Tier 3 plan today, expecting a software that works like advertised.
I have been reporting bugs

Maybe the features are there, but just not documented or made easy to find. This is my initial list for today

1. How do I tell the Agent to call a specific flow or action. How do I define the conditions
2. How do I make sure the agent uses the correct values like ticket_email, ticket_description, ticket_title, that the receiving API requires
3. How do I change colors of the chat dialog
4. How do I remove the ScanKart AI logo and replace it with my own
5. How do I add elements to the chat. Fx. A button to create a ticket, view our documentation etc.
6. How do I change the Icon for the bot in the chat
7. How can I rename or delete a flow

Q: Hello Team , This seems interesting tool. I have few clarifications . Splitting into two parts :

1. I created a test action, but I couldn’t add the actions to the flow when building it
1(a)I tried both manual and AI (Beta) methods but couldn’t make it work.
2. Where can I find the created persona?
2)(a) Are the "actions" considered as personas, or are they separate?
3. Once I add a knowledge base, couldn’t find an option to remove/edit the added URL. pls guide?
4. What is the correct endpoint URL for sending and receiving data for testing? The API URL mentioned in the installation script (https://skaisearch.com/backend) is not working.
5. Can you confirm if there is an API limit for requests under the Growth Plan? If so, what are the details?

The latest model you have is GPT-4 Turbo, which is more expensive than GPT-4o. Also no options for the other models.
