Q: Support and features

Hi.
I purchased the Tier 3 plan today, expecting a software that works like advertised.
I have been reporting bugs

Maybe the features are there, but just not documented or made easy to find. This is my initial list for today

1. How do I tell the Agent to call a specific flow or action. How do I define the conditions
2. How do I make sure the agent uses the correct values like ticket_email, ticket_description, ticket_title, that the receiving API requires
3. How do I change colors of the chat dialog
4. How do I remove the ScanKart AI logo and replace it with my own
5. How do I add elements to the chat. Fx. A button to create a ticket, view our documentation etc.
6. How do I change the Icon for the bot in the chat
7. How can I rename or delete a flow
8. Where is documentation for configuration the options for the chat window

Great. In saw in your growth plan that branding is not available but here your stated it is

I’m confused and need assurance that I have all features and no limitations

Else tier 3 gives no meaning because I can simply purchase lower tier and use my own open ai key.

Still did not get answer on mail - only here which is more a non answer :-)

Thanks. The only thing I saw was that if the action is action is called books it digest that it can call it instead of actually calling it without the user knowing

I think you need much better documentation for this.
What should I call my action or flow of a user asks one of this
- talk to an agent
- can I speak to a human
- I want to talk to a person
Or should I have 3 actions ?
