The main question I had was I completed a scan but the emails are still taking time to load even after 3 weeks and they're not showing up. Is there something specific I should do to speed up the loading time or should I try again?

Another problem is I started to scrape for leads but my computer lost battery and I had to re-load the window. As a result, I believe the lead scraping has been terminated and I should try again, but wondering why the lead scan has been taking around 1 1/2 hours and still is at 0 leads scraped.
