Q: I tried scraping Linkedin using a free Scanlist account, just selected 10 people to test (include myself), ...
but the prospects saved in the list all are still in "searching" status. Could you please let me know why?

Hi! Please send us a message to [email protected] and we'll figure this out together :)
Hey Alex, thanks for getting back to me. I love the UI of Scanlist, and it's very easy to use. When I saved the prospects list, Scanlist notified me I could search 300 emails per day using the free account. Could this be a bug? It would be great if you gave new users less than 10 business email credits per business email for testing.
Hey.
"could search 300 emails per day using the free account" - this is referring to a free Linkedin account, but it actually says:
"To keep your account safe, we recommend staying below the following profile scan limits:
Free account
100 prospects per day
Premium account
300 prospects per day
Sales Navigator search
1000 prospects per day"
We believe that there is no need to provide free credits with each scanlist account as Appsumo offers a 60-day guarantee on all deals sold here ; ) On top of that, a 10-credit test is very specific and is focused on testing the example you mentioned. Considering the statistics, giving a free option with just 10 credits might often paint an incomplete picture about the success rate of our scraper and may potentially do more harm than good. Grabbing a code, trying an export of 50-100-200 contacts, however, will do a great job showing how well Scanlist can perform in your particular niche.
