Im comparing the functions to Appointly because thats optimised for a school/yoga studio/fitenss trainer scenario where the bookings are often group bookings, and sometimes 1:1.

The client needs

- Parents ideally have 1 login to make bookings ( so they use the same login even if they have > child that they make bookings for), ie I guess on the booking the account holders name ( the parent(s)) would be used and to make the booking theyd need to type in the name of which child was being booked for the lesson.

- Mostly group booking events, ie a class on a certain date/time with a fixed number of seats that can be bought by the parent.

- Optimised for self service and efficiency:
- force the parent to accept our terms and conditions when making a booking?
- parent can do self service for cancelling a booking and automatically gets refunded.
- Scheduling kit automatically engforces the custom refund policy eg, >72 hours before the class= 100% refund, <72 hours before the class= no refund?

- we need to apply two different limits to each class to make sure that they are adequately supported in class:
limit 1 = Standard pupils, limit 2 = Special Education Pupils
(I guess the work around would to schedule 2 classes at the same time but it would get messy because Scheduling kit would have to be connected to two different calendars, possibly it would need to be two separate users in Scheduling kit too? Or can a single user manage this in a single Google calendar?

Does each user attach their own ZOOM/teams/other account? ........... (I presume so because 1 ZOOM account shared with 15 users wouldn't work.)

Ubindi has a really useful buy packs/credits feature that allows the user to buy credits and automatically deducts credits when the user books a lesson, unfortunately it is coded very inflexibly ( mostly the issue is 1 credit can only = 1 lesson, so its completely hobbled, IMHO it should be more configurable by admin, eg. 1 credit = £1 (configurable) and bookings are priced in £ ( configurable and Credits configurable this makes far more commercial sense and makes the feature flexibly powerful, of course it requires a simple accounting back end to handle tracking credits buy/use/lesson cancel refund/ account close refund - admin should have the ability to manually add or deduct credits too) realise thats probably a big ask but is something like that in the plan? ( the problem is with cheap bookings circa £10 due to the fixed part of the stripe transaction fees makes it expensive otherwise.
