Practice Manager

I really want this product to work, but it is not catching conflicts with Outlook which I integrated. Moreover, it also does not catch scheduling conflicts between their own appointments. I have contacted the company 4-5 times, but besides an automated response, they are not responding, which is worse than the product not working. If the software cannot catch a scheduling conflict, then it is useless.

Hey Corrin,

Apologies for completely missing your review and concern here. If team did not get back, we must have missed your email/ticket.

Can you please give another try to conflict check now. Please make sure it will only block your slots on outlook that are marked as busy. Let me know how it goes. You can also send a follow up to your ticket and we will take care of it.

Once again,...

simple scheduler

This is a nice clean easy to use site. I have the 1st License which doesn't include additional email follow ups. But for anyone who wants a no frills scheduling system then this works fine.

So far, so good.

I am a Calendly User, and I love it. but in the free plan, it's just 1 event type, and everything else you want to do is paid. I tried SchedulingKit, and I believe it can replace Calendly. I will be able to save this monthly expense. I can have unlimited book types, my own branding, 10 connections per user, and multiple teammates in one code.

I have purchased tier 3, and it has everything I need.

I went ahead, created a couple of event types, invited teams, created collective and round-robin event types, and embedded the scheduling link for the collective event type on my website. Everything went well and smoothly. Faced a couple of issues with availability and setting up the domain but was able to manage with the help of the team.
So for me, it's a no-brainer. And if you are looking for a good scheduling solution that works and you want to save that monthly cost, I would say, this is your deal. Get it.

Moving my Team to SchedulingKit

I've been using SchedulingKit for a week now, Me & my team tried it and finally decided to buy it, and overall, I'm very pleased with its functionality. One of the things that stands out to me is the app's custom pages feature, which allows me to tailor the booking process to my specific needs. The team scheduling and round-robin options are great for managing appointments with multiple team members, and the group scheduling feature has been a huge time saver. The user interface is also very good; it's easy to navigate and understand.
It has all the features of popular apps like Calendly, such as customizable meeting types and seamless calendar integration; plus, it has more advanced features like AI Scheduling.
AI features did not work well for me, but I assume they are in beta right now. I was able to connect to the Teams Account and schedule events from inside the Teams app, but it could not understand my commands in natural language. I could see some other issues as well. Like while creating a shared event type, it would ask you to invite a teammate, but when you click on that, it takes you to the settings page instead of the Admin tab (for team management), and you can feel lost. In the page builder section, background images were missing for widgets (image not found), which did not look good. I reported both of these to them. Hopefully, they can get these resolved.
Overall, it’s been a good experience so far, and I recommend this to anyone needing a scheduling solution.
Also, it lets you use your own CNAME and SMTP. That’s complete control over branding. I like that too.
