I really want this product to work, but it is not catching conflicts with Outlook which I integrated. Moreover, it also does not catch scheduling conflicts between their own appointments. I have contacted the company 4-5 times, but besides an automated response, they are not responding, which is worse than the product not working. If the software cannot catch a scheduling conflict, then it is useless.

Apologies for completely missing your review and concern here. If team did not get back, we must have missed your email/ticket.
Can you please give another try to conflict check now. Please make sure it will only block your slots on outlook that are marked as busy. Let me know how it goes. You can also send a follow up to your ticket and we will take care of it.
Once again, terribly sorry for the inconvenience and all the delay. This took forever.
