After some months, I see it's a "fair use". I bought tier 1 and it resets to 1.000 every month.
But now they have an annoying pop up for us AppSumo users, offering to upgrade to a $99 a year for getting access to the new video and 3D catalog. Anyway the initial offer is still valid.
