I purchased a lifetime access subscription in the spring of 2023, two years ago. It is understood that a perfect selection of images might not be available at this price. I can live with that, and everything would be fine; I would give it five tacos.

However, I now have a problem: I have used one of the images on one of my websites, but the artist is no longer present on the platform.
The image is still in my download section on Scopio, but when I click on it, I only receive a 404 error page. I am unable to provide proof of my license, nor can I get in touch with support. Although I have submitted a ticket, I have not received any response.

Now I have a problem that may be very costly for me to prove.
