I see this listed as a feature and it seems very confusing:

Is this 1,500 scans per day or per month?

This is per day, all the Scrab.in actions are per Day
So you can Scan up to 1.500 profiles per day
We recommend to do an average of 800-1000 per day but on profiles with a good activity 1500 is totally possible.
The scanning feature will get data from the search results page, so you'll get name+company+title data usually, if we have more information on it we will enrich and you'lll get full profile data, scanning is good to create fast DB's to later enrich more with other tools.

Yes, that is the total amount of visits, we recommend not to do the full visits on profiles, as this may warm linkedin on too much visits and activity.
You can for example do 80-100 per day on visits profiles with a good profile , aged, and with activity and then use the rest of actions to perform for example comments on Posts which is an engagemente and not limited feature :)
