I bought Scrabin through an AppSumo deal in Oct 2024. The product was working fine and loved it. However, recently, the product stopped working, I am unable to login, messages sent through the chat are not replied, and the contact page on the website isn't working as well! So there is no way of getting through to them to get the issue checked and fixed.

If there is anyone who can help get this resolved, it will be appreciated.

I found this software to be extremely easy to use and highly effective. Although I initially encountered a small bug in the tool, the support team went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me. I purchased it out of curiosity, but I’m now 100% convinced of its value. Highly recommended!

The product did not work for me and simply it's the same team behind the tool that left all Sumolings with denied access to FindMyLead and then renamed to FindThatLead etc. I'm actually surprised that it's being promoted on AppSumo. Trust is gone! Tested Scrab.in and got a ban on LinkedIn almost immediately.

Puede ser que este sea el primer review que escribo en Appsumo. pero Scrabin se lo merece. Esta herramienta esta buenísima. en el primer día que la use mande 25 mensajes directos a mis contactos de primer grado. en el segundo y tercer de mande 50, luego subí a 100 y allí lo mantengo por ahora. soy consciente de que LinkedIn puede bloquear la cuenta si no lo uso con conciencia. luego trate de probar los comentarios automáticos a los Posts, pero no me estaban funcionando, así que pedi ayuda. el mismo día que pedi ayuda, Antonio se conecto a ayudarme y a darme algunos tips, pero como hice algo mal, al día siguiente Cristian me invito a una video llamada para ver mi configuración. al final el error era mio, no había creado el Open AI Key de la manera correcta. luego de que me ayudo con mi Key, me dio una serie de tips y consejos para mejorar y aprovechar mejor la herramienta.

Lo único que le falta a Scrabin son mejores videos tutoriales. porque las funcionalidades van mejorando.

This may be the first review I write on Appsumo, but Scrabin deserves it. This tool is amazing. On the first day I used it, I sent 25 direct messages to my first-degree contacts. On the second and third days, I sent 50, then I bumped it up to 100, and I'm maintaining that for now. I'm aware that LinkedIn may block the account if I don't use it responsibly. Then I tried to test the automatic comments on posts, but it wasn't working for me, so I asked for help. The same day I asked for help, Antonio connected to assist me and gave me some tips, but since I did something wrong, the next day Cristian invited me to a video call to review my settings. In the end, the error was mine; I hadn't created the Open AI Key correctly. After helping me with my Key, he gave me a series of tips and advice to improve and make better use of the tool.

The only thing Scrabin lacks is better tutorial videos because the functionalities are getting better.

I am enjoying Scrab.in. It takes a minute to learn how to use it most advantageously for your business but once you do...fire! The video explainers are good and have made a difference in the quality of my LinkedIn connections.
