Same as others on Appsumo its hard almost every tool is going down after 1 year
Unfortunately, there has been no support or response so far – similar to what I experienced with Inserchat, Adyouneed and others. A license switch is not possible, which leaves me stuck. On LinkedIn my requests are not accepted either, and none of my questions have been answered.

It’s a waste of money
If you change laptop, forget about the license. No one from support will ever respond to any problem. But they will send you plenty of spam to get you to buy again. Quite simply, it’s throwing money away

After buying new laptop it does not work
Founder did mention device switch is allowed through support. After a year of use. I bought new laptop and it does not work anymore. Support is unresponsive. Now I am locked.

Waisted money..
After switching computers, I’m no longer able to use the software. I have my license number and the email used for the purchase, but when I try to activate it, I get an error saying the user does not exist. I’ve reached out to support multiple times and even tried contacting them via X (Twitter), but I haven’t received any response.

Happy at first, then Developer decided to turn their back on the supporters.
I really liked the product but I have to give a bad review. The product is useless. It crashes quite often and now on a new laptop, I can't activate the license again because support doesn't answer. It would seem like they are building other products and completely ignore this.
Very sad as this was good product if the developer would keep working on it and or answer emails.
I'm sad that I chose to support them. Hopefully they will make a return to the product and answer everyone. If they do it ill give them 5 stars in a heartbeat.
