Support will ignore you
I bought this tool with high hopes, as I was looking for a solution like this for a while, and I read many of the good reviews. Based on the reviews, I decided to go with this one instead of some of the others that were being sold at the same time on AppSumo.
I regret that purchase now.
I finally started to try to use it last month (for the first time), and after installing it on my Mac, the platform wouldn't recognize my webcam or my microphone. I tried reinstalling it several times to no avail. I reached out to support and they responded with a cryptic message saying "I think the only thing we can try is to send you custom build of the app. To track the loggs."
Unfortunately that was the last I heard from them and I've spent the last three weeks sending them message after message trying to at least get a response so I can get this resolved. Three weeks in, nine messages later, and I've been completely ignored.
I'm wondering if the developers have abandoned the product.
