I am facing the following issues: 1 - My team members are not seeing the projects in their dashboard 2 - Your platform is not showing correct SERP data, many of our keywords are ranking inthe top 5-10, but in your platform, it's not showing any data. We have deleted and added keywords and projects multiple times.

SERP rankings can vary based on location, personalization, and device. Screpy shows general/global SERP data, which might differ slightly from what you see locally. If no data is shown at all, despite the keywords ranking well, this could be a syncing issue. Deleting and re-adding keywords should help, but if the issue persists, please let us know the specific project and keywords â weâll investigate further.

How can I access this, as I find it's impossible to remove "www" from domains once added, for example.
