The very next question you tell someone they don’t and there are one time use and when they’re gone, they’re gone and you give a link to an FAQ that contradicts what you just told that person that says they renew every month they just don’t roll over. So what is it? I’m not gonna buy a product that gives me one allotment of credits that never...
The reply below says "Credits are a one-time purchase and do not renew monthly." - Then the question is what does the "lifetime" aspect cover? But then the answer for that is "Credits are renewed every month and the only difference between a lifetime subscription and a monthly subscription is that it is a lifetime agreement." - And we're back to square one :((
I'm afraid to ask but there have been five questions going back to August that have not been answered, why? One of them is related to my question.
So here goes....My question is, I had purchased a Tier 1 when you offered this last year, is it possible to upgrade to some of the "Plan's" available now?

hi I purchased tier 1 in the past and wanted to upgrade to a higher tier. Can I just purchase 1 Tier then it would be automatically upgraded to Tier2? Secondly this offer states ' monthly credits' but I noticed in the previous questions, that the credits are a 'one time' purchase and not a monthly renewal...which is true for this version on Appsumo that is currently running?
