hi I purchased tier 1 in the past and wanted to upgrade to a higher tier. Can I just purchase 1 Tier then it would be automatically upgraded to Tier2? Secondly this offer states ' monthly credits' but I noticed in the previous questions, that the credits are a 'one time' purchase and not a monthly renewal...which is true for this version on Appsumo that is currently running? thank you!
Why have several of my support requests (May 28, June 5, June 11, June 23, and July 4, 2025) as well as three of AppSumo's (July 10, July 24, and August 18, 2025), gone unanswered by Screpy's support team? In August 2024, more than a year ago, I reported that Screpy was not performing automatic crawling. I provided various screenshots as proof. At the time, they responded that a new release was coming and that I should contact them again if the problem persisted. It still does—and has been doing so for over 12 months. In my opinion, ignoring this number of emails is rude and unprofessional, and failing to fix a bug like this for over a year is disappointing. I purchased Screpy in a 'Plus Exclusive Sale' on AppSumo in May 2024, so I am unable to write a review on this page.
Hello, I have a Screpy account, and I thought I purchased it from AppSumo, but now I'm not sure. Do these deals only apply to new customers or can they be applied to old ones as well?
Can you clarify if the credits renew each month or not when we buy the deal here on Appsumo ? On one comment you said "Credits are a one-time purchase and do not renew monthly." and on another comment you said "Credits refresh every month, so you get a full reset on your plan’s allocation.". It's not clear...
