The very next question you tell someone they don’t and there are one time use and when they’re gone, they’re gone and you give a link to an FAQ that contradicts what you just told that person that says they renew every month they just don’t roll over. If I buy a plan with 10,000 credits and I use 10,000 in the month of October, on November 1 do I get 10,000 credits to use for the month of November or not?

hi I purchased tier 1 in the past and wanted to upgrade to a higher tier. Can I just purchase 1 Tier then it would be automatically upgraded to Tier2? Secondly this offer states ' monthly credits' but I noticed in the previous questions, that the credits are a 'one time' purchase and not a monthly renewal...which is true for this version on Appsumo that is currently running? thank you!
