In one question, you say credit renew every month. The very next question you tell someone they don’t and there are one time use and when they’re gone, they’re gone and you give a link to an FAQ that contradicts what you just told that person that says they renew every month they just don’t roll over. So what is it? I’m not gonna buy a product that gives me one allotment of credits that never renew because too many of these sumo deals are starting to get very deceptive. If I buy a plan with 10,000 credits and I use 10,000 in the month of October, on November 1 do I get 10,000 credits to use for the month of November or not?

hi I purchased tier 1 in the past and wanted to upgrade to a higher tier. Can I just purchase 1 Tier then it would be automatically upgraded to Tier2? Secondly this offer states ' monthly credits' but I noticed in the previous questions, that the credits are a 'one time' purchase and not a monthly renewal...which is true for this version on Appsumo that is currently running? thank you!
