Q: Plans say "Monthly Credits", your support site says they're "One-Time". Which is it?

Just as others want to know as well, does this deal get us monthly credits that renew each month or is it a one-time credit purchase? Please answer, so I can decide to purchase accordingly.

This is more of a comment than a question. I signed up with a Tier and it appears from the dashboard that credits are refreshed at the beginning of the new month. BUT, if you run out, there is also an option to purchase ADDITIONAL CREDITS on top of your normal monthly allotment. Those do not expire, but once you use them, they are gone. Those roll over until you use them, but monthly credits just reset back to whatever Tier you purchased in the LTD from AppSumo. It would be great if Screpy can comment to confirm I've got it right. I'm pretty confident I do. ;)
On your website, you offer an “Advanced” plan which includes “Deep Research (Powered by AI)”. Could you please clarify what this feature does in practice (e.g., what it covers, how it works, and any limits)? Also, would you be able to add an AppSumo tier that maps to your “Advanced” plan, so AppSumo customers can access the same feature set (including Deep Research) under a clearly defined tier?

In one question, you say credit renew every month. The very next question you tell someone they don’t and there are one time use and when they’re gone, they’re gone and you give a link to an FAQ that contradicts what you just told that person that says they renew every month they just don’t roll over. So what is it? I’m not gonna buy a product that gives me one allotment of credits that never renew because too many of these sumo deals are starting to get very deceptive. If I buy a plan with 10,000 credits and I use 10,000 in the month of October, on November 1 do I get 10,000 credits to use for the month of November or not?
