Q: Upgrade???
Hi,
I'm afraid to ask but there have been five questions going back to August that have not been answered, why? One of them is related to my question.
So here goes....My question is, I had purchased a Tier 1 when you offered this last year, is it possible to upgrade to some of the "Plan's" available now?

Unfortunately, upgrading from a previously purchased Tier 1 plan to a current plan directly isn't possible. However, the good news is that you can still stack additional codes to increase your limits and features.
