Q: Why your team is not replying on your platform chat support?

I am facing the following issues:
1 - My team members are not seeing the projects in their dashboard
2 - Your platform is not showing correct SERP data, many of our keywords are ranking inthe top 5-10, but in your platform, it's not showing any data. We have deleted and added keywords and projects multiple times.

Regarding your concerns:

Please ensure that the invited team members have accepted their invitations and are assigned to the correct workspace. If the projects are added to a different workspace than the one they are viewing, they won’t appear. Double-check the workspace dropdown in the top-left corner.

SERP rankings can vary based on location, personalization, and device. Screpy shows general/global SERP data, which might differ slightly from what you see locally.
If no data is shown at all, despite the keywords ranking well, this could be a syncing issue. Deleting and re-adding keywords should help, but if the issue persists, please let us know the specific project and keywords — we’ll investigate further.

We aim to reply as quickly as possible, but during national holidays or high traffic periods, there may be some delays in live chat responses.
