Extremely slow, useless and non-functional

I am disappointed to see that this product has not improved at all. It's working worse than before, both in terms of user interface and functionality. The reports and tools are even worse than free tools on the market. A simple website audit takes too long to complete, and the details are not detailed or accurate. For example, the large images report in the issues section doesn't even show the images and only provides the page URL. To find the exact issue, you need to go to the image report, but surprisingly it shows image size in "bytes", not KB or MB! Who can read that?! There's no option to sort, search, or filter. It shows there are 9 big images, but when I open the report, the table shows 24 images!! There's no preview, no sort, and no helpful report. These are the most basic features that this platform lacks, making it untrustworthy for me.
