I purchased Screpy with the hopes it would amalgamate some existing software and be a jack of all trades for my website uptime checking, SEO and keyword suggestion. However, my experience has been anything but smooth, pleasant or operational.

After creating my account and adding two projects (my wife's business website and my own), it started to scan the first page and only the first page. I contacted support, and they advised me to make sure that "Auto Analysis & Auto Crawl" would pick up and additional pages and scan them. I figured ok makes sense and ticked these options and the website down notification checker, which seems to ping my site every few minutes to see if it responds.

Days later, I notice no change in checking my wife's site or my site. It gave updated advice on the only page it scanned (the index page, and that's it). The keyword checker/scanner looks promising, and it found the ranking of my wife's keywords for desktop and ONLY desktop. I clicked on mobile, and five days later, still no mobile ranking of these keywords.

I mention this to the Screpy support team. They again advise me that I should turn on "Auto Analysis & Auto Crawl," but I already activated and checked to ensure this (those options are ticked). I advise them that I have these options checked, and they close the ticket. I sat there stunned, thinking why did they close my ticket and reopened it to advise it was already on. They closed the ticked again with no resolution or support of this newly purchased product.

I opened another ticket and copy/pasted the old ticket's content with screenshots of their system not working and circling the areas that confirm what I am talking about. The team member said thank you for reporting a bug, and they will get back to me. I then asked how long would this take. They then closed the ticket.

I am now in a tough place as I believe that Screpy can be a great tool, but it's bugging out for whatever reason. It works but not as intended, and the support team have been anything but helpful and made me feel isolated and a feeling to go away and not bother them. It's been roughly ten days since using Screpy, I want it to work, but the whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth.
