Bought higher tier in 2025, now left with a downgraded product
I bought the highest tier in 2025, and it was great, but now the have an newer version and some features now require to pay. That's pretty bad for a SAAS that took the money and pushed a new version and the LTD users are left behind. Previously I used the competitors keywords and data, and now that needs a payment. Right now it's like having a fork of GSC with better UI.

Bought higher tier last year, now left with a downgraded product
I bought the Pro tier last year when the offer and the product were different. Now I'm left with a downgraded, useless product with services that Google offers for free. It's like Google Search Console but with a different aesthetic. When I bought it, I had "Unlimited websites", now I have a 10 limit! And I ain't paying to upgrade a lifetime tier that was good when I bought it.
What a waste of money on a less accessible Search Console .

Disappointed I bought the highest tier
I bought back in 2024. At the time, plans were credit based. Everything else between the three tiers was the same except the amount of credit you got. I only have a couple projects but wanted to make sure I didn't run out of credits so I bought the highest tier. Now they no longer work on credits and if I were to buy now, I would buy the lowest plan because the only difference now is the number of projects and tier 1 is plenty for my needs. Also the original plan I bought was Unlimited websites and unlimited team members, well now it is 21 projects and 10 members, which is more than I need but it is nowhere near the original unlimited. They did give me a couple limit upgrades vs the new plan limits, but most of what they gave me is not worth the $138 I paid to upgrade to the higher original plan because I don't need it. I'm curious to know if all legacy tiers got the same upgrades, because if they did, then it makes it even more disappointing that I bought the highest tier.

My Screpy Plan 2 Account I purchased in 2020 was Deactivated and Disappeared
I purchased Screpy Plan 2 in 2022, and my LTD account has been deactivated. When I try to access my account, I get the message "No user on Screpy account." I sent an email to Mr. Mustafa and copied AppSumo Support with proof of purchase and my AppSumo Plan 2 codes, and after 2 weeks, there has been no reply from Mr. Mustafa, and my account has not been re-activated.
