1) No you have to delete the CTA first to change it. We do this to keep your data accurate. So your change doesn't fake the data. By doing so if you are changing the title of the CTA you will be able to see which performed the best in your Scribe analytics.

2) You have to upload your own image

3) The banner size doesn't really matter it's already adjust during the upload plus you have the cropper.
If you still want a size idea then 422x107px will fit.
