Q: In BIGVU, what does "shared workspace" really mean?
Where it is hosted? Or, how many users can have the app opened at once? ...?

Good question!
Shared workspace means any users you invite/add will work on the same desk. Projects, scripts and videos will be visible to everyone added on your workspace.
