Q: Hi, I am planning on stacking 7 codes, but I have some questions first; 1) We offer services under 4 ...
different company names, is it possible to get different e-mail addresses with different domain names, such as; [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]?
2) How can we access the signatures? Does every co-worker get their own login possibility to edit or do we share one account and every one can edit everyone's his/her signature?
Thank you!

Thanks for your questions :)
1) You can if you are not using G-suite.
GSUITE
Technically you can only have 1 main domain as the way we connect Scribe to the Google API only allows us to read one G-suite at the time. It has been designed like Slack. For each of your workspace, they ask you to create an account with a different password. They don't send you all your messages in one workspace.
Important to precise that if you have added several domain names to the same G-Suite then contact us in our chat and we'll be able to add them manually for you. This can work only if these domains belong to the same G-Suite.
GMAIL, OUTLOOK, OTHERS
As Scribe is not connected to an API for these email providers then you have the freedom to invite any domains you want to. The best way to do so is to create departments in Scribe. For example
- Department 1 = Your domain 1 = you can add the email address related to this domain
- Department 2 = Your domain 2 = you can add the email address related to this domain
- Department 3 = Your domain 3 = you can add the email address related to this domain
2) Each co-worker receive an invitation by email and will be able to access only to the signature you created for them.
