Q: Today is day 60 since my purchase.
I have been giving Scribe time to resolve a design issue that makes their app not usable for me. Today I intended to refund the purchase, having given the app developer Scribe the maximum amount of time to resolve. When I tried to refund, I see the ability to do so has been removed from my account. Why?

Scribe did finally reply with news they planned to add the ability we need to their app in the future. I will leave the account in place and will not refund after all. Thank you.
