The platform is fairly well implemented. I had some issues connecting it to Google initially, but after the 3rd attempt, it started to show up properly on my outgoing emails. Before that, they were going out with the "Scribe" link but not my signature.

That brings me to the next thing that Scribe isn't transparent about. They add their name & link to every email that goes out of your company going forward. You can't opt-out. And when I requested it to be removed, they just stopped responding to my support ticket.

This also affects email deliverability because it's another link included in your emails.

Scribe is really powerful! Its UX is fantastic, but I still recommend the scribe team to add more email templates to maximize choices flexibility!

This is one of those rare services that really delivers on everything. I was having such a hard time keeping my team's signature updated all the back and forth with them. Total headache and here comes Scribe to save the day.

They make it as easy as a simple click to update all of your teams signatures with total ease.

I have been using scribe for a couple months and it is not my favorite purchase on here. It is buggy. Employees have issues loading the signatures and when they get it loaded the images are not consistent. Plus Scribe did an update that deleted all my signatures and pulled in all my contacts from another email group automatically that are not even part of this email signature group. So over all I felt that this app was a waste and to use it with new updates we have to basically start over and hope it works for a few months until we can switch to another signature deal like one we purchased before or start over again. We love Oldnewstamp which has been awesome to use we purchased from here. You win some, you lose some.

Hi, Scribe is a great tool but needs improvements if it's going to work in every possible scenario. For examply for one of my companies it renders useless because of the character limit in some of the fields like the 'Company Name' field and the 'URL' field. I would love to have had a short url but so it goes that sometimes the best urls are already taken and you have no choice but to use a longer one.

On the bright side, it's very easy to use. You don't even have to watch any videos to get started. Pretty self explanatory. If you are wondering about just get this deal and decide for yourself. It's actually super easy to use and the end result is great too!

Glitches I found just using it in the first go alone:
1) there is a character limit to the name of the company field - please remove that because it would cut off the word Association in my sig and I didn't like that I had to use an acronym for it. So, I might not use Scribe for that company.

2)Please add the option to put CTA as a phone call, text msg, whatsapp msg, etc. Right now the only option for a CTA is a website URL but in my case I wanted to put the call feature, reply to an email, compose new email, or send text msg. So that sucks. I wanted that when they are on mobile to be able to tap and call easily or send text msg, or number of other actions limited only by the imagination.

3) Please remove character limit in the website field. I can't type my whole url even when I remove the www.

I haven't poked around beyond the initial set up because I was stopped with the above limitations so not sure if there is anything else I would like requested.

Other than the app is awesome. I would recommend but it won't work in ever single scenario. Please update me here if you are planning to make these above changes so I can use this app and when so I can plan accordingly.

- Being able to schedule marketing campaigns with specific banners or CTAs that are ready to go when you need them.
- Analytics - We can check how many people saw your shiny new signature versus how many of them engaged with it.

Im pleasantly surprised this provides more than just signatures to appeal to email readers.

Scribe was incredibly easy to set up and connected seamlessly with my Gmail. It even looks better than my old WiseStamp signature! One glitch I had was quickly resolved through their excellent support. Great product!

I've used Scribe for about 1 month and have really been impressed with the product. It's easy to use and manage teams. I have not integrated with Google Workspace because it's limited to a single domain and I'm using Scribe for my business and for some clients who area all on Google Workspace.

The email signature builder is easy to use and the Scribe team has already added features that were requested. They have more in the pipeline.

You should snag this deal before it's too late.

I purchased three codes. Handed licenses out to my team. Will help with marketing and hiring. This is a valuable tool.

Scribe reduces human errors in your signature. No manual updates by the employee. Admin can update the banner or link in your signature and it will change automatically in all signatures. So, it is a great option to standardize our signatures across the company. Also, now we are using banners to promote our events by email.
Overall, I really enjoy this software and I believe that it's great for use to make a professional signature that your clients won't forget.

Scribe delivers even your Apple Mails with an awesome looking sig. Plus they stand out in the list view, too :-) Integrations via Zapier? Yess! I am very happy with it. This will pay for itself - get it!

I really love the clean design of signatures generated by Scribe. Same counts for the app itself. Full and granular control over employee signatures, scheduling of campaigns per department etc etc, what else do you need?

Please keep the number of templates low so you can keep signature quality high for all mainstream email clients. OK, maybe add a few for those desperate to mess up their signature ;)

I'd prefer you concentrate on optimization of Scribe signatures for CRMs like Pipedrive (there's a request for that, please upvote), Hubspot and Salesforce that offer GSuite sync and GSuite integrated email outreach tools like Autoklose, Rebump, Reply etc.

This was such a quick and easy process! My employees evidently also found the instructions easy to follow, because I didn't get a single question about it -- super fabulous! I'd love to see a little more customization added in the future, if possible, but shoot, for the price, zero complaints here!

Each email that you send could include at the bottom many CALLS TO ACTION which are TRACKED in the dashboard.

One of my productivity goals as an small business owner has been to find ways to make the processes less demanding of my time. So i am seeking solutions that gain me time.

Yes, i could make the html signatures one by one and upload the images by myself in my server, but to have a simple dashboard for it really is great. Any addition in the company and it is done easily. Need to promote something in the signature? Easily add a banner. And the buttons are brilliant too.

Besides that, we can add our own your domain as cname, so it is branded and doesn't look suspicious.
So 5 tacos it is. It delivers, save time, and i'm happy with it!

In short its a great and simple to use the product. I would recommend anyone who is looking to standardise and leverage their email signature, then this is for you.

At the time of purchase, there are 2 templates for email signatures (standard and compact). Both allow customisation but the flexibility of the layout is limited. As a user of G Suite (now Workspace) it integrated flawlessly but due to Googles Email Sig API limitation, it does not roll over so you have to copy/paste the code manually. Not a biggie but this means no love updating.

The email campaign banners are a nice touch. Greate to promote products/services and seasonal messages. I wish it had a repeat feature EG ever Christmas promotes the same banner (set and forget until updated).

The only real feature I would consider a NEED is the ability to have a "Kind regards" at the top of the email so you don't have to keep typing it in each email.

In short, the team at Scribe are updating and improving their product so if you are looking for an email sig solution I would recommend to buy and any additional features are a bonus.

Good -> I easily created a great looking signature
Bad -> adding it to my Mac email (which I use to receive and send all my emails - including Gmail) has been a nightmare. I asked how to do this in the questions but the response given was not accurate. Tried contacting the company using their online/website chat, but it says they are not in until tomorrow. I've spent several hours searching online how to add HTML code to MacMail, some posts give complicated steps and some say it is not worth it or impossible - I like the signature I created and hoping someone can help by explaining how they did this (and it actually worked) on their Mac email so I can use it.
