Q: Could you please Check 2 problems
1.Why I am not able to download audio frim history tab in text to voice section ? I bought tier 2
2. For tier 2 we should get 3 years of access right ? In my account writes 2 years of access!

1. Downloads are available on every paid plan, and of course Tier 2.
We have seen an issue the last few days we are fixing regarding sign ups, and which email carries from Appsumo to our site. Are you logging in directly, or, via AppSumo?
I promise this will be remedied and with your help, we can make it happen faster. You can even email me directly via the website.
2. YES, Tier two is for 3 full years! We will check in to this as well.
