I think the core idea of the platform is solid, but the current user experience is incredibly frustrating due to a range of bugs and usability issues.

For starters, there’s no accessible support when logged in — no chat, no FAQ, no email, no contact options whatsoever. On top of that, basic functionality is broken: I get errors when trying to create posts from a URL, and even when manually adding text, saving a draft throws an error.

Even features that seem promising fall short in execution. For example, the platform might suggest making your hook more engaging — even if it originally wrote it — but instead of just applying the suggestion, you’re forced to save the draft (which doesn’t work), exit, and manually navigate to another option.

The interface is also inconsistent: button functionalities change depending on where you are in the workflow, and the overall experience feels riddled with early-stage bugs.

What makes it worse is the pricing model — they charge per character generated, despite the platform clearly not being ready for production use. That combination of instability and aggressive monetization is a dealbreaker for me.
